This wonderful Nottinghamshire Honey is produced locally by bee keepers in and around Hucknall.

With no additives or preservatives, honey is a great natural sweetener.

Each jar weighs approximately 340g / 12 Oz.

Please be aware that honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.

Honey is a natural product. In storage, this honey may granulate or harden. This depends on the nectar that the bees collected to make it for you. If this occurs, to soften the honey simply remove the lid and microwave on low power for 15 seconds, stir, and repeat if necessary. Alternatively, remove the lid and place the jar in a bowl of hand hot water. Once the water has cooled, stir and repeat if required.
